OVER LIFT STOP

"Over lift stop" is the travel of the armature.

PROCEDURE:


STEP1

Insert into the body injector the ball, the ball bearing, the valve shim, the armature and the internal screw,      closing it with the correct torque.

Fix the body injector in the dedicated centering plate as shown in the picture.

Choose a part of the body to avoid the uncorrected centering (avoid bevels).


STEP2

Assemble the gauge head DX75712 (58x4 probing pin, n°8 optional case) with the dial gauge and fit it in the dedicated rear slot. Set the instrument in microns.




STEP3

Move down the crossbeam until the pneumatic piston movement lever reach the half way of the movement range.


Lock the longitudinal and vertical motion.


STEP4

Set the air pressure to 3 bar

Activate the pneumatic control and, keeping it working, reset the dial gauge.


Release the pneumatic control. Lift the pneumatic piston movement lever up and gently leave it touch the armature again.


Note the measure. (measure A)

 The "Overlift" is caluculated as follow:

OVERLIFT = armature lift (previously calculated) - (measure A)
