NEEDLE LIFT
Needle lift it's important for measurig of injector full load. The key component is the pressure pin.

PROCEDURE:
STEP1
Fix the body injector in the dedicated centering plate as shown in the picture. Choose a part of the body to avoid the uncorrected centering (avoid bevels).
STEP2
Assemble the gauge head DX75632 (probing pin 2x94, n°13 basic case) whit the dial gauge.
Fit the dial gauge in the dedicated front slot and set the instrument in cents.
STEP3
Place the fixed injector in order to make the dial gauge head touch the surface where the nozzle fits. Zero the gauge and move the crossbeam down few millimiters more.
STEP4
Block the vertical motion and reset the dial gauge.
STEP5
Place the injector so that the dial gauge head lays on the injector needle. Read the measure.
STEP6
Calculate the dimension of the pressure pin to install as difference between the read measure and the "needle lify" measure on the datasheet.
