"Over lift stop" is the travel of the armature.

PROCEDURE:

STEP1

Assemble the gauge head DX75712 (58x4 probing pin, n°8 optional case) with the dial gauge and fit it in the dedicated rear slot. Set the instrument in microns.

STEP2

Place the whole armature onto the dedicated support DX75622 and place the support on the centering plate of the Tricky as shown in the picture.

Move down the crossbeam until the pneumatic piston movement lever reaches the half way of the movement range.

Lock the longitudinal and vertical motion.

STEP3

Set the air pressure to 3 bar

Activate the pneumatic control and, keeping it working, reset the dial gauge.

Release the pneumatic control. Lift the pneumatic piston movement lever up and gently leave it touch the armature again.

The measure read will be the "overlift".
